Scale Up is looking for a Virtual Assistant.

About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant with a minimum of one year of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our team by managing schedules, handling communications, and performing a wide range of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Conduct online research, prepare informational documents, and create presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and coordinating with other team members.
  • Maintain and update databases and internal systems with accurate information.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
  • Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • ADVANCED oral and written English Level.
  • Preference for candidates with experience working for US/Canada companies and operating within a remote setting.
  • Highly organized and capable of creating visually appealing presentations.
  • At least one year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of confidentiality.
